Phonotherm panels
Phonotherm by Warmotech is a high-density, moisture-resistant rigid foam panel made from polyurethane (PU) production residues. Available in densities of 550 kg/m³ or 700 kg/m³, it offers excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to water. Phonotherm by Warmotech panels are manufactured using a combination of finely milled PU offcuts and binding agents forming a durable and environmentally conscious construction material.
Phonotherm by Warmotech panels are designed for a wide range of construction and industrial applications, including use in facades, windows, doors and general structural components. They are especially suited for areas where long-term exposure to moisture or mechanical stress is expected. Phonotherm is often chosen as a substitute for timber-based or mineral-based products in insulation and support roles due to its strength, versatility, and processing ease. The panels can be drilled, milled, screwed, glued or coated and they provide an ideal base for laminated or composite materials.
